A prayer for the dark moon

Hail Hecate, Keeper of the Keys,

Lady of the Crossroads,

Torch-Bearer who walks the hidden paths between worlds.

On this Dark Moon night, when the sky is veiled and the stars shine in silence,

I turn my thoughts toward You.

Be with me in the stillness, in the shadows, and in the mysteries that cannot yet be seen.

Hecate, Guardian of Thresholds,

Guide me through endings and into new beginnings.

Help me release what no longer serves my spirit.

Take from me fear, doubt, and burdens that weigh upon my soul.

By Your sacred torches, illuminate the darkness within and around me.

Grant me wisdom to see beyond illusion,

Courage to walk the unknown road,

And patience to trust the unfolding of my path.

Bless this time of rest, reflection, and renewal.

May the Dark Moon be a sacred womb of transformation,

Where old things pass away and new possibilities quietly awaken.

Hecate Enodia, Guide of the Way,

Hecate Phosphoros, Bringer of Light,

Hecate Chthonia, Keeper of Deep Mysteries,

Accept my devotion and hear my prayer.

May Your keys open the doors meant for me,

May Your hounds guard my steps,

And may Your presence remain beside me through every shadow and every dawn.
