Don't forget to pray to Hecate for help when you need it.

I have been having a hard time with a few different problems, I prayed at my alter for Hecate's help to try to quit smoking and it's actually helping. I smoke cigarettes less often I cough more which is good because I need to get that damn tar out of my lungs so I can breathe better.

I asked her to help me quit, then a day later I got really sleepy, this went on for 3 or 4 days I just slept most of the day. I noticed I have been smoking my pack of cigarettes only a quarter pack instead of a half a pack. This was nothing short of a miracle because i needed sleep more then I needed a cigarette so I kept sleeping. He Great Goddess Hecate does some strange things but for a good cause in this case, sapping my energy. I promise you it was no coincidence, not made up. If you ask her for help she will help you, ask her if she exists, help you with whatever it is you need help with. Dont forget however, you have to put in effort to you can't just let her magisty do everything for you, you have to do the work too. Just like casting a spell. This proves to her that you are serious about needing help with whatever it is you ask help for, or, you could just request a blessing.
